The U.S. is just not going to stand for any of this nuclear testing nonsense from the Norks. Nope we're not going to take it lying down. So the U.S. is using the old standby... sanctions.

I mean, it only took Saddam how many years of sanctions before he started to toe the line?

Oh....right.

Of course, it's possible that the Norks had a dud. If it was a dud, or a big fake out from Kim Duck Dong-Il will we still impose sanctions?

I suppose it depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.
